This policy explains how KIDSUP collects and uses personal information on kidsup.ca and when you contact us. KIDSUP is a trade name of 16295673 Canada Inc. The centre is at 150 Katimavik Rd, Unit 101, Kanata, ON K2L 2N2, Canada. We follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
- Online enrolment form: your first and last name, email address, the class you are interested in and any requirements you describe.
- Emails and phone calls: what you choose to tell us about yourself and your child.
- Website statistics: Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to count visits and see which pages are used. We see aggregated reports.
- Spam protection: forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may check your browser to tell people from bots.
Why we use it
We use your information to answer your questions, arrange classes and enrolment, and send you information about the classes you asked about. Information about a child comes only from a parent or guardian, and we use it to plan that child's classes.
Who can see it
Form messages reach the KIDSUP team by email. Our website host and email provider store the data on our behalf. Your personal information is never sold or rented. We disclose it to others only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries as long as we need them to answer you and to run the classes your child attends. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent by writing to info@kidsup.ca or calling +1 613-867-7786. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
